AAA – Here for You When You Need Us
It goes without saying: These are unprecedented times. Now, as we begin to make our way through the new normal, please know that the entire staff at AAA Northway are here to provide peace of mind, safety and security for you when you need us most. When you do call on us, though things might be a bit different, please rest assured you will receive the same level of service you’ve come to expect from AAA. Here is what you can expect next time you need us.
At the Roadside
Our emergency roadside assistance service remains available 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can request service over the phone or via our website at AAA.com. When the service driver arrives, you can expect they will be practicing social distancing and wearing a mask. We are limiting contact with our drivers, so in the event you will require alternate transportation as the result of a breakdown, we will assist you with finding a ride. Of course, in an emergency, we will provide transportation in our trucks, but a mask will be required to be worn in the cab at all times.
In our Branch Offices
AAA’s branch office locations are now open for your convenience. We will be following all CDC guidelines within our offices. Our employees will be screened daily, including having their temperature taken each morning upon arriving. When you arrive, we will ask you to wear a mask before entering the building and will request that you sign in and out so we can keep a log of who has visited as outlined in the CDC reopening guidelines. Plexiglass guards will be placed on all desks to keep you separated from our staff. Seating will be spread out to ensure social distancing. You will also find hand sanitizer and floor markers indicating traffic flow. We’ve reduced our hours to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, for the safety of staff and members.
All of our member services will be available in our branch offices, including service for your auto and homeowner insurance needs, member/auto travel services and our travel agency. While travel might not be on your mind at the moment, there will be a time when you will be ready to take another adventure. AAA’s travel experts are in the office now and they will be here to assist with all the questions you will have when the time comes to make your trip enjoyable and safe.
