A while ago my wife said "We really should join AAA if nothing else but for the travel assistance... they have real pros there who can help us plan great trips." She was right, YOU helped make this possible and the fact you got it done so fast, so effectively, is truly appreciated. I have never worked with a travel agent and I can see that was a mistake.
